Prospective buyers must rank the puppies in which they are interested in order of preference.

Once a prospective buyer has submitted one's bid for each of the puppies in which one is interested, one must pay 25% of the highest bid price as a deposit in order for one's bid to be accepted.

All bids are final when the puppies are seven weeks old. 

Puppies can be picked up when they are at least eight weeks old. 

Buyers will receive the exact address where they can pick up the puppy in Houston, Texas after bids are finalized. 

Puppies will not be shipped. They must be picked up or delivered.

Those who offer a winning bid on a puppy who subsequently elect to not receive the puppy will have their deposit held for a future litter.

Those who place a bid that is not accepted for any of the puppies on one's preference list will have their deposit returned in full.
